II. Basic Parameters

2. Installation Location: Upper end of the oil inlet manifold block on the distributor valve, main pressure protection spool for the entire machine
3. Structure: Pilot-operated relief valve, consisting of a pressure adjustment screw, main spool, and pressure adjustment spring assembly, integrated cartridge structure
III. Core Functions
1. System Overload Pressure Relief: Relieves pressure when the boom is jammed or the machine stalls, protecting the main pump and distributor valve from explosion due to overpressure
2. Limit Main Machine Pressure: Determines digging force. Low pressure → weak excavator performance, slow lifting; High pressure → stalling, oil pipe bursting, easy damage to hydraulic components
3. Load-Sensitive Pressure Stabilization: Cooperates with the HVME400 positive displacement system to stabilize the main pump output pressure

1. Spring Fatigue / Spool Scoring Leading to Internal Leakage: Weak operation throughout the machine, pressure not rising, adjusting the pressure adjustment screw ineffective
2. Stuck Spool in Constant Open Position: System low pressure, stalling under no load, high fuel consumption
3. Sealing Damage: External leakage of hydraulic oil from the valve body
