3. Working Principle
This is a low-pressure fuel transfer pump, installed between the fuel tank and high-pressure fuel pump.
- Motor Drive: The 24V DC motor drives the roller pump chamber to rotate.
- Suction & Pressurization: It creates negative pressure to draw fuel from the tank and pressurize fuel to 0.3–0.5 MPa.
- Pressure Stabilization: Equipped with built-in check valve and safety valve to stabilize fuel pressure and protect the high-pressure fuel pump.
- Filtration Protection: Integrated metal filter at the inlet to remove impurities preliminarily.
