2. Structure & Material (Multi-layer composite, heat, pressure and oil resistant)
Adopts FKM inner layer + rubber outer layer with multi-layer reinforcement, suitable for long-term operation at 150–180℃ and 1.0 MPa.
Inner Layer (In contact with high-temperature compressed air)
Material: Oil-resistant FKM Fluororubber
Features: Operating temperature range: −30℃ ~ +200℃, resistant to diesel and engine oil vapor penetration, anti-aging and anti-cracking.
Reinforcement Layer (Pressure-bearing framework)
Material: 4–6 layers of high-strength aramid fiber / polyester fiber braid
Features: Anti-burst, anti-tensile and vibration-resistant, preventing bulging and delamination under high pressure.
Outer Layer (Weather protection)
Material: Black smooth-surface CR Neoprene Rubber
Features: UV-resistant, wear-resistant and ozone aging resistant, suitable for harsh outdoor working conditions of construction machinery.
End Connection Structure
Straight plug smooth nozzle, matching the outer diameter of original rigid pipes of turbocharger and intercooler.
