Installation Position: Connects turbocharger outlet to intercooler inlet, delivering high-temperature and high-pressure compressed air.
2. Material & Structure
Main Material: Multi-layer reinforced silicone, specially used for construction machinery boosting systems.
- Inner layer: High-temperature resistant silicone, withstands temperatures above 220℃, compatible with high-temperature compressed air from turbocharger outlet.
- Reinforcement layer: Woven with high-strength polyester fiber / aramid yarn, anti-burst and resistant to pressure pulsation.
- Outer layer: High-toughness silicone, anti-aging, ozone-resistant and oil-resistant, adapting to harsh environments inside the engine compartment.
Structural Design:
- Integrally formed 90° elbow, manufactured with original molds. The radian perfectly matches the engine compartment for interference-free installation.
- Thickened straight connectors at both ends fit original port dimensions, which can be firmly fixed with stainless steel clamps for reliable sealing.
- No corrugated section. The overall rigidity is enhanced to resist bulging and deformation under high pressure.

4. Functions
- Deliver high-temperature boosted air: Smoothly transports high-temperature and high-pressure air above 150℃ from turbocharger to intercooler. The cooled air flows into cylinders to increase air density and combustion efficiency, ensuring stable engine power output.
- High-pressure sealing & leakage prevention: Maintain stable pressure of the boosting system and prevent compressed air leakage, so as to avoid sharp power drop, excessive fuel consumption and turbo pressure fault alarm.
- Vibration damping & thermal compensation: Silicone features both toughness and strength. It absorbs high-frequency vibration of turbocharger and copes with thermal expansion and contraction of the engine, protecting joints from stress damage.
- High-reliability protection: The multi-layer reinforced silicone structure resists aging, cracking, bulging and deformation. It is more suitable for long-term heavy-duty operation of construction machinery than traditional rubber hoses.

Original Fit: SANY SY365H, SY375H equipped with Isuzu 6HK1 electronic injection engine.

6. Fault Impact & Replacement Recommendation
- Bulging / Cracking: Boost air leakage leads to insufficient power, black smoke, higher fuel consumption and turbo pressure warning light on.
- Loose joints: Insufficient boost pressure causes weak acceleration, poor climbing performance and turbo lag.
- Aging & hardening / Inner layer peeling: The hose may break under vibration and result in sudden engine stall. Foreign matter entering the intercooler will block heat dissipation channels, reduce cooling efficiency and impair engine performance.
Service Cycle: Silicone material has a long service life. Inspect appearance and hardness every 3000 working hours. Replace it immediately after 4000 working hours or once aging, bulging or cracks appear. It is recommended to replace it together with the turbocharger intake hose to keep the intake system consistent.
