• Core: Composed of aluminum alloy tubes and high-density aluminum fins, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and structural strength.
• Water Tanks: Made of high-strength cast aluminum. Inlet, outlet and vent plugs are integrated on both ends.
• Port Specification: Inlet & outlet diameter: φ50mm, compatible with original hose connectors.
• Mounting Bracket: Fabricated from Q345 steel plate with shock-absorbing rubber pads, perfectly fitting the original mounting positions of SY365H.
• Protection: Equipped with a standard front dust screen, which can be quickly removed for cleaning, ideal for dusty mining environments.

• Core Function: Dissipate heat from engine coolant, stabilize water temperature and prevent engine overheating, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the 6HK1 engine.
• Enhanced Heat Dissipation: Cooling area increased by around 10% and heat dissipation capacity improved by 5% compared with the previous version, effectively avoiding overheating under high-temperature conditions.
• Mining Adaptability: Reinforced fins and thickened water tanks deliver superior vibration and dust resistance, suitable for heavy-load and non-stop operation.
• Intelligent Compatibility: Linked with SANY DOMCS intelligent control system. It automatically adjusts airflow volume according to engine load to reduce fuel consumption.
• High Reliability: 100% pressure test and pulse cycle test conducted before delivery. Leak-proof and deformation-resistant for long service life.

4. Supporting Cooling System Components (Complete Set Available)

• Hydraulic Oil Cooler: Cool hydraulic oil to prevent slow movement and seal aging caused by excessive oil temperature.
• Intercooler: Cool high-temperature intake air from the turbocharger to boost power output and reduce fuel consumption.
• Engine Oil Cooler: Lower engine oil temperature and keep it stable to protect internal engine parts.
• Cooling Hose Assembly: Including upper/lower water hoses, intercooler hoses and hydraulic hoses, heat-resistant, pressure-resistant and anti-aging.
• Cooling Fan & Shroud: High-efficiency axial flow fan with large air volume and low noise.
• Expansion Tank & Cap: Functions for water replenishment, pressure stabilization and air exhaust, fitted with liquid level sensor.
• Thermostat: Regulates coolant circulation to speed up warm-up and maintain stable water temperature.
• Water Temperature Sensor & Wiring Harness: Monitors water temperature in real time and transmits data to instrument panel and ECU.
