1. Product Overview
This is the original main hydraulic piston pump for SANY SY980H excavator, customized based on Hengli Hydraulic V30G series heavy-duty variable pumps. As the power core of the fully electronically controlled hydraulic system, it delivers high-pressure and large-flow hydraulic oil to the whole machine to drive actuators including boom, arm, bucket, travel and swing. It adopts LRDRE1 composite control combining mechanical power control, electro-proportional displacement control and pressure cut-off function. Optimized for heavy-duty mining conditions of SY980H, it features high working pressure, large flow rate, high efficiency and outstanding reliability.
2. Structure & Materials
- Pump Body: Made of high-strength ductile iron with an integrated rear cover. It boasts high rigidity, effective vibration and noise reduction, and lowered risk of internal leakage.
- Piston & Cylinder Block: Adopts high-alloy wear-resistant steel with surface nitriding treatment. It is anti-wear, high-pressure resistant and impact resistant, perfectly suited for heavy-load and impact-prone mining operations.
- Valve Plate: Manufactured from bronze alloy through high-precision grinding, delivering high volumetric efficiency, low wear and long service life.
- Swashplate & Return Mechanism: Constructed with high-strength forged alloy steel. It features excellent fatigue resistance and fast response to support variable displacement regulation.
- LRDRE1 Control Module: Integrated with electro-proportional solenoid, pressure cut-off valve and power adjustment spring to realize multi-mode intelligent control.
- Seals: Imported fluoroelastomer (FKM) seals, resistant to high pressure and oil temperature ranging from -40℃ to 120℃. They are anti-aging and leakage-proof.
- Bearings: Reinforced heavy-duty roller bearings capable of bearing high radial and axial loads to extend service life.
