1. Product Overview
This is an original double main hydraulic pump assembly for SANY SY980H. It consists of a Hengli Hydraulic V30GL280L main pump and an HP5V45-T2M2 pilot/auxiliary pump connected in series, equipped with an LRDRE1 electronic control regulator. It serves as the power core of the full electronically controlled hydraulic system.
Main Pump V30GL280L: Supplies high-pressure and large-flow main hydraulic power for the whole machine, driving the boom, arm, bucket, travel and swing mechanisms.
Auxiliary Pump HP5V45-T2M2: Delivers pilot control oil and flow for servo control and auxiliary movements.
LRDRE1 Control Unit: Integrates mechanical power limitation, electro-proportional displacement and pressure cut-off functions, perfectly adapting to heavy-load mining working conditions of SY980H.
