Product Structure & Materials
Outer Flange: Made of ductile iron FCD450 with quenching and tempering heat treatment, machined with SAE-standard flywheel mounting holes. It features high machining precision, excellent tensile resistance and strong deformation resistance under heavy loads.
Intermediate Elastic Damping Element: Modified oil-resistant rubber 50Si with Shore A hardness 50. It is high temperature resistant, engine oil resistant and resistant to torsional fatigue. Adopted integrated thermal vulcanization process to tightly bond with metal components for backlash-free power transmission.
Inner Sleeve Hub: Precisely turned from 45# alloy steel with tight tolerance keyway and wear-resistant honing treatment, perfectly matching the mounting dimension of hydraulic pump input shaft.
SCA Integrated Structure: Compact axial dimension with small space occupation, easy for assembly and disassembly, and no extra tensioning components required.

Functions
This coupling is a core transmission component of the excavator power system. One end connects to the engine flywheel, and the other end is assembled with the input shaft of the main hydraulic pump. It absorbs torsional vibration generated during engine start-stop and heavy-load impacts, eliminates idling resonance, buffers coaxial deviation of shaft installation, reduces failures such as abnormal noise, internal leakage, premature wear and shaft breakage of hydraulic pumps, protects the crankshaft and main pump assembly, and extends the service life of the complete machine transmission system.
