1. Basic Product Overview

This is a standardized remanufactured Shacman Delong F3000 concrete mixer truck for construction machinery, distinctly different from simply refurbished ordinary second-hand vehicles. The whole vehicle is fully disassembled, inspected and overhauled in accordance with national remanufacturing process standards. The chassis power system, mixer superstructure, hydraulic system and structural components are comprehensively repaired and upgraded, restoring the performance of core assemblies to original factory-new levels.
It is suitable for concrete transportation operations of commercial concrete batching plants, housing construction, road infrastructure, bridge & water conservancy projects, village and township works, with optional tank volumes ranging from 6 cubic meters to 18 cubic meters. We also accept inquiries and orders for all types of construction machinery including excavators, concrete pump trucks, loaders, road rollers and more. Both in-stock delivery and customized order production are negotiable with price negotiable. The complete vehicle is exported in bulk without packaging.

2. Core Configuration Parameters of Shacman Delong F3000 Chassis

2.1 Drive Configuration

Two mainstream layouts are optional: 6×4 three-axle rear eight-wheel and 8×4 four-axle front four-rear eight-wheel design. It features strong load capacity and excellent passing performance on muddy construction site roads and steep slopes.

2.2 Powertrain

Equipped with Weichai WP10 / WP12 series diesel engines with optional horsepower ratings of 336HP, 340HP, 375HP and 380HP. Sufficient torque reserve enables powerful startup under heavy loads with economical and stable fuel consumption, delivering high reliability for long-distance transit and continuous high-intensity operation.

2.3 Transmission System

Matched with Fast 9-speed / 10-speed / 12-speed manual transmission, featuring abundant low-speed torque and outstanding climbing capability. Equipped with original power take-off (PTO) to stably supply power for the mixer tank hydraulic system.

2.4 Axle and Travel System

7.5-ton disc steering front axle and dual 16-ton planetary reduction rear axles. Fitted with original 12.00R20 heavy-duty steel radial tires. Worn tires, wheel hubs, leaf springs and shock absorber bushings are replaced as required during remanufacturing, greatly improving load stability.

2.5 Braking and Safety Configuration

Full vehicle air-cut brake structure, standard equipped with ABS anti-lock system, exhaust brake and emergency air cut-off valve for sensitive and reliable braking. Light steering assistance ensures high driving safety under heavy-load conditions.

2.6 Cab Configuration

Extended flat-roof cab for Delong F3000, fitted with air-spring shock-absorbing seat, original heating & air conditioning, complete instrument assembly, wipers, lighting and door & window systems. The entire vehicle wiring is sorted and overhauled for comfortable driving and alleviating fatigue during long-hour operation.

3. Technical Parameters of Mixer Superstructure (Tank Assembly)

  • Tank Material: Cylinder body made of 6mm Q345 wear-resistant manganese steel plate; thickened 8mm high-strength alloy steel for end caps. Internal spiral blades adopt HG700 wear-resistant steel with additional wear-resistant strips, featuring strong wear & deformation resistance, low concrete adhesion, low segregation rate and minimal residual concrete.
  • Mixing Volume: Optional capacities: 6m³, 8m³, 10m³, 12m³, 14m³, 16m³, 18m³
  • Driving Hydraulic System: Standard full set of three hydraulic core components (plunger hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, planetary reducer), either imported or domestic. Stable operation with adjustable speed range of 3–14rpm for smooth speed regulation during feeding, mixing and discharging, eliminating tank shaking, abnormal noise and rotation failure.
  • Feeding & Discharging Structure: Extended feeding hopper and thickened discharge chute lined with wear-resistant plates for smooth feeding and anti-clogging performance. Discharge angle can be manually adjusted to adapt to various pouring heights.
  • Water Supply & Washing System: Large-capacity pressure water tank plus high-pressure water pump, enabling rapid cleaning for tank interior, hopper and vehicle body to prevent concrete solidification and caking.

4. Standard Full Remanufacturing Process (Core Advantage Over Ordinary Used Trucks)

Complete Full-Vehicle Disassembly

Chassis, cab, mixing tank, hydraulic assemblies, pipelines, wiring and accessories are all split into individual parts. High-pressure spraying is applied for degreasing and rust removal followed by thorough cleaning and classification. Each component undergoes visual inspection, dimension measurement and flaw detection screening, with failed parts directly eliminated and replaced.

Flaw Detection, Straightening and Repair for Structural Components

Ultrasonic testing is performed on mixing tank, front & rear supports, sub-frame and connecting brackets. Cracked welds and deformed sections are groove welded for reinforcement with welding stress relief; twisted and deformed components are corrected to eliminate hidden risks such as tank cracking and frame deformation under long-term heavy load.

In-Depth Overhaul of Chassis Powertrain

The engine is fully disassembled for inspection of cylinder block, crankshaft and connecting rods. Four matching components, valve assemblies, oil seals and gaskets are replaced as needed, with valve lapping and fuel pump calibration followed by qualified hot testing. Transmission, differential and half shafts are disassembled and overhauled with bearings, gears and sealing parts renewed. The full braking system is dismantled, maintained and clearance calibrated, passing road braking performance tests.

Overall Refurbishment of Mixing Hydraulic System

Hydraulic pump, motor and reducer are fully disassembled, inspected and overhauled with internal worn parts replaced. All hydraulic hoses, oil seals, sealing rings and filter elements are completely renewed. System pressure holding testing is conducted to thoroughly solve problems including oil seepage, oil leakage, insufficient tank rotation torque, shaking and abnormal noise.

Sorting and Upgrade of Full-Vehicle Electrical System

Aged and damaged wiring harnesses are entirely replaced with neat layout. Sensors, PTO switches, lighting, instruments, wipers and air conditioning systems are inspected and commissioned one by one to prevent short circuits, signal loss and frequent electrical failures.

Full-Vehicle Assembly and Full-Load Commissioning

Assembly is carried out strictly in accordance with original factory torque specifications. Tests include forward & reverse tank rotation debugging, long-time no-load rotation test, full-load mixing & transportation test and repeated discharging test to verify rotation smoothness, slurry leakage risk and compliance of hydraulic pressure parameters.

Sandblasting Rust Removal and Full-Vehicle Painting

The whole vehicle is sandblasted for rust removal, coated with epoxy anti-rust primer plus original topcoat. Complete tank and body logos are painted for tidy appearance and enhanced anti-corrosion performance.

Final Factory Inspection, Filing and Warehousing

All performance parameters of the whole vehicle are verified item by item with a remanufacturing inspection ledger established. Vehicles are only allowed to be warehoused for sales after passing inspection with transparent and traceable vehicle condition records.
