Product Description
We professionally manufacture intelligent hydraulic wrists (hydraulic rotary quick couplers) as front-end devices for all tonnages of excavators, compatible with mini, small, medium and large construction & mining excavators. The unit realizes 360° full rotation and multi-angle tilting adjustment, matching various attachments such as hydraulic breakers, grapples, digging buckets, hydraulic shears and screening buckets. Operators can switch different working tools with one button, greatly improving construction efficiency and avoiding manual disassembly of attachments.
The main body is integrally cast with high-strength cast steel, and key rotary shafts are made of wear-resistant alloy steel. Imported hydraulic sealing parts and buffer oil circuits are equipped inside, featuring excellent impact resistance and leak-proof performance, suitable for heavy-duty mining, demolition and earthmoving operations. Built-in intelligent hydraulic valve block ensures sensitive control response with cab electric control, equipped with rotation limit and overload protection to extend the service life of attachments and main hydraulic components.
We supply a full range of excavator working attachments, including hydraulic breakers, chisels, wood grapples, steel grapples, standard quick couplers, compactors, screening buckets, demolition shears and rock buckets with specifications for all mainstream excavator models. Custom non-standard processing is available based on customers’ drawings, physical samples or 3D models. We adjust structural dimensions, load capacity, rotary torque and hydraulic control schemes according to excavator tonnage, working pressure, pin distance, pipeline connectors and actual working conditions. Equipped with complete CNC machining, forging, welding and heat treatment production lines, all finished products pass flaw detection, hydraulic pressure testing and linkage test with strict factory inspection.
