Excavator Vibratory Compactor & Handheld Vibrating Tamper
We supply two types of compaction equipment: excavator-mounted vibratory compactors and handheld vibrating tampers.
Excavator-mounted Vibratory Compactor
This front-end attachment fits all excavators ranging from 1 ton to 50 tons, also known as slope compactor or plate vibrator. It is widely applied in roadbed backfilling, trench compaction, river slope reinforcement, foundation leveling and backfill compaction around pipelines.
The main housing is welded with thickened wear-resistant steel plates. Eccentric vibratory blocks are forged from high-hardness alloy steel, matched with high-power hydraulic vibratory motors to deliver strong exciting force and uniform compaction density. Core sealing parts adopt imported oil-resistant oil seals to prevent leakage during long-hour continuous operation.
It can be quickly mounted and dismounted via quick couplers, perfectly fitting narrow trenches, wall corners and slopes inaccessible to road rollers, cutting labor costs greatly. Built-in shock-absorbing rubber pads buffer impact and reduce wear on excavator main machines. One-way and two-way vibration models are optional; exciting force and plate size can be customized according to working conditions.
Handheld Vibrating Tamper
Powered by single-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engines, handheld vibratory tampers feature stable startup and strong power, ideal for narrow foundation pits, indoor floors, road edges and small backfilling projects in landscaping.
Lightweight body with shock-absorbing handrails reduces vibration fatigue for operators. Thickened wear-resistant base plate provides powerful impact for excellent compaction performance. Stable fuel and lubrication systems guarantee low failure rates and flexible movement, widely used in civil engineering and municipal maintenance.
All specifications of both compactors are in stock. Custom non-standard processing based on drawings or samples is available, including customized mounting dimensions, vibration parameters and power configurations. Our workshop conducts full inspection including welding, heat treatment and machine pressure testing. Standard items can be shipped the same day; lead time for customized orders is stable. All goods are packed in wooden cases for export, prices are negotiable. We also provide one-stop supply of full excavator attachments including hydraulic breakers, hydraulic wrists and digging buckets.
