Detailed Description of Excavator Front-End Attachment Devices
Excavator front-end attachment devices are special working assemblies mounted on the dipper arm of excavators to replace standard digging buckets for diversified construction operations. They fit all excavators from 1 ton to 80 tons, including mini, small, medium, large and mining models. Different attachments can be replaced freely according to earthmoving, breaking, grabbing, compaction, shearing and rotary adjustment working conditions, enabling one main machine to complete various construction tasks and greatly cutting equipment procurement and transfer costs.
The complete attachment system consists of connecting conversion parts and functional working equipment:
1. Connection & Conversion Attachments
Including intelligent hydraulic wrists, 360° rotary quick hitches, mechanical quick couplers and pin adapter brackets.
Hydraulic wrists support 360° unlimited rotation and multi-angle tilting of attachments with one-touch electric control from the cab, bringing great flexibility for narrow foundation pits, slopes and wall corners. Quick couplers realize tool replacement within tens of seconds without manual pin disassembly to save labor time.
The main body is integrally processed with high-strength cast steel and thickened wear-resistant steel plates. Key pins undergo quenching and tempering heat treatment, with built-in shock absorption structures for strong impact resistance and wear resistance, suitable for long-term heavy-duty continuous operation.
2. Functional Working Attachments
- Breaking series: Hydraulic breakers, chisels, rock crushing buckets for mountain mining, concrete demolition and road breaking;
- Compaction series: Excavator vibratory compactors for roadbed, trench and river slope backfill compaction;
- Grabbing series: Wood grapples, steel grapples, clamshell buckets and rock grapples for loading and sorting timber, scrap steel and stone;
- Demolition shearing series: Hydraulic shears, eagle beak shears for scrap vehicle, steel structure and building dismantling;
- Digging & screening series: Standard dirt buckets, rock buckets, screening buckets and dredging buckets for excavation, stone screening and river dredging.
All hydraulic components of attachments adopt imported seals and wear-resistant motors. Oil circuits are equipped with overload protection and anti-impact buffer valves to avoid high-temperature oil leakage and overload damage. All metal structures pass welding flaw detection, stress relief and hydraulic pressure testing before delivery, featuring excellent fatigue resistance and long service life.
