III. Screening Standards for Premium Units (Core Quality Guarantee)
- We strictly select original low-hour machines, prioritizing light-duty units with 0–6,000 working hours without a history of heavy mining land development.
- No major accidents, cracked main frames or large-area welding repairs on sticks and booms; all original structural components remain intact.
- Engines are free of blow-by gas and oil burning, with smooth cold startup and no black smoke or abnormal noises. Hydraulic pumps, distribution valves and travel motors have no internal leakage or persistent oil seepage.
- Tracks, track rollers and drive sprockets show minor wear; machines travel powerfully without deviation. All cabin instruments, air conditioners and control levers function perfectly.
- Every unit undergoes full standardized maintenance in our workshop: engine oil, filters, hydraulic oil, oil seals and vulnerable pins are replaced; oil circuits and water tanks are cleaned, and the whole machine is cleaned and refurbished. Units can be put straight into construction upon delivery.
