I. Compatible Machine Models
Sany SY365H, SY375H, SY395H, SY415H, SY485H National IV Excavators. It is exclusively for the HVME400 distributor valve and cannot be interchanged with old Kawasaki KMX32 valve parts.
II. Structure and Installation
1. Assembly Location: On the side of the oil inlet port of the distributor valve. It is an integrated valve block配套 with the priority pilot valve (model 150688000159) and priority conical valve core (model 150688000158).
2. Valve Body Structure: Cast iron integrated valve block, with built-in dual-position pilot control valve core, damping throttle holes, and check valves. The two plastic dust plugs on the top are pilot oil ports, and the end face oil ports connect to the main valve priority circuit. It is fixed to the main valve body with four mounting bolts.
III. Core Functions
1. Pilot Oil Pressure Distribution: Receives the pilot signal from the foot-operated steering, reverses the internal oil circuit, drives the action of the priority main conical valve core, and realizes priority oil supply to the steering circuit.
2. Flow Confluence Switching: When there is no steering operation, the valve core resets, cutting off the priority oil passage. All hydraulic oil from the main pump converges into the working circuits of the boom, dipper stick, and bucket, enhancing digging force and action speed.
3. Pressure Stabilization and Throttling: Built-in damping holes stabilize the pilot control pressure difference, ensuring coordination during compound operations (travel + digging + steering), preventing oil competition and unstable steering.
IV. Original Factory Technical Parameters
Standard Control Opening Pressure Difference: 0.75~0.95MPa, unified with the pressure calibration of all HVME400 priority valves.
V. Common Failures
1. Internal Valve Core Scoring and Internal Leakage: Priority logic failure, resulting in weak steering during compound operations, steering hesitation, and slower digging actions.
2. Clogged Throttle Damping Holes: Valve core cannot shift, continuously supplying priority oil to steering, causing weak lifting and bucket retraction actions, and system pressure buildup throughout the vehicle.
3. Aged O-Ring Leakage at End Face: Insufficient pilot pressure, delayed opening and closing of the priority valve, leading to disordered actions under heavy load conditions.
VI. Spare Part Selection Differentiation
- Original Factory Hengli Parts: Valve body with cast steel engraved model number, internally precision-matched valve cores, original factory-calibrated damping hole diameter, and stable pressure difference.
- Aftermarket Replacement Parts: Poor casting oil circuit precision, easy accumulation of dirt and blockage in damping holes, and priority failure occurs after short-term use.
