I. Basic Parameters

II. Installation Location
Installed in the steering priority pilot control oil circuit, connected in series between the HVME400-013000 pilot valve assembly and the foot-operated pilot valve. It serves as a limiting and stabilizing component in the steering priority system.
III. Core Functions
1. Forward Throttle Limiting: When steering, pilot oil passes through a fixed 1.1mm throttle orifice, controlling pilot flow to ensure smooth opening of the priority valve, maintaining stable steering priority logic and providing uniform, non-jerky steering feel.
2. Reverse Straight-through Check: When releasing the steering handle, oil flows back without throttling, allowing rapid return. The valve core fully opens to relieve pressure, immediately resetting the priority valve so that all main pump oil converges into the working system.
3. Front-end Filter Protection: An internal stainless steel filter at the inlet intercepts impurities, preventing clogging of small damping holes and jamming/failure of the priority valve.
IV. Common Faults
1. Clogged Filter/Throttle Orifice: Insufficient pilot oil supply causes delayed opening of the priority valve, resulting in heavy steering during compound operations and actions pulling off course.
2. Stuck Check Valve with Inadequate Closure: Backflow throttling occurs; after returning the handle to neutral, the priority valve fails to reset, leading to continuous priority oil supply and weak lifting/dumping actions throughout the vehicle.
3. O-ring Aging and Leakage: Loss of pilot pressure causes inconsistent steering effort (light/heavy).
