I. Compatible Models
Dedicated to: Sany SY365, SY420C, SY420H, SY460C 42-ton excavators,配套 with original factory slewing bearings of the SSF1505 series, and compatible with the same platform SY400.
II. Model Explanation
- SY420: Corresponds to the complete machine model; 45: Inner cavity height of the grease reservoir is 45mm; 3: Third-generation improved sealed built-in grease reservoir for slewing.
III. Specifications and Material
1. Structure: Disc-shaped thickened cold-rolled steel plate integral oil groove, with built-in grease chamber and seal installation groove, installed below the slewing turntable gear and in the middle position of the slewing reducer base;
2. Capacity: Approximately 3.2L of grease stored per time, for centralized storage of large gear ring lubricating grease;
3. Seal Compatibility: Accompanied by original factory large slewing oil seal, with one outer seal groove, compatible with skeleton oil seal outer diameter φ1510;
4. Material: Q355 thickened cold-rolled steel plate, edge rolled and rust-proof electrophoresis, original factory rust-proof oil immersion treatment.
IV. Installation Location
In the hollow cavity between the slewing bearing and the upper frame, at the lower part of the slewing large gear ring oil groove, interconnected with the previous 13302540 square grease fitting pipeline, allowing grease to immerse the inner gear ring of the slewing after centralized injection.
V. Product Function
1. Oil Storage and Lubrication: Store lubricating grease to continuously immerse the inner gear of the slewing and the driving gear of the reducer, providing long-term lubrication for the gear surface;
2. Oil Contamination and Waste Oil Collection: Accumulate gear wear iron filings and aged waste grease, for regular oil drainage and cleaning;
3. Auxiliary Sealing: Cooperate with the outer oil seal to block mud and water from seeping into the rolling path, reducing the probability of turntable water ingress and rust.
VI. Common Faults
1. Oil Pool Deformation and Concave: Uneven force on installation screws, heavy object impact, leading to oil leakage, gear oil deficiency, dry grinding and tooth damage;
2. Edge Rust and Perforation: Original vehicle anti-corrosion layer damaged, mud and water immersion causing oil leakage;
3. Seal Groove Deformation: Oil seal cannot be fixed, resulting in grease leakage and sand and mud entering the gear ring.
