I. Compatible Models
Dedicated to Sany SY365H, SY375H, SY395H, and SY485H Tier IV excavators (HVME400 Hang Li main control valve models), and interchangeable with the same platform SY415H. It is assembled with the aforementioned SSF1405.50CWHII rotating bearing. The specifications are not interchangeable with the old Kawasaki valve 360 models.

III. Structure and Oil Port Parameters
1. Passage Configuration: Front end has 4 large oil ports (for travel main oil circuit inlet and outlet) plus several medium and small pilot oil ports, totaling 12 channels. The yellow plugs on the end face are process plugging screws for each oil circuit, with M33×1.5 threads.
2. Installation Structure: The rear square flange is fixed to the lower chassis center with 4 bolts. The main shaft rotates synchronously with the upper chassis rotation, while the housing is fixed to the chassis.
3. Seal Configuration: Multiple polytetrafluoroethylene + nitrile rubber composite oil seals. Travel, pilot, return, and drain oil circuits are independently separated into zones to prevent internal oil leakage and cross-contamination.
IV. Installation Location
Located at the exact center of the machine's rotating bearing. It serves as the hub for upper and lower chassis oil circuits. High-pressure oil from the main pump is delivered through it to the left and right travel motors, while also connecting all vehicle pilot lines.
V. Product Function
1. Continuous 360° Oil Supply: Allows the upper chassis to rotate freely without twisting or cracking oil hoses. Continuously supplies high-pressure hydraulic oil to the left and right travel motors, enabling the machine to move in any direction.
2. Zoned Oil Circuit Isolation: Travel main oil, pilot control oil, return oil, and drain oil are in separate independent chambers, preventing oil circuit cross-communication and pressure interference.
3. Integrated Drain Circuit: Internal drain oil is汇总 back to the oil tank, protecting motor and main pump hydraulic components.
VI. Common Faults
1. Oil Seal Wear and Internal Leakage: One-sided weak travel, uneven speed, stalling, and abnormal high temperature of the main pump.
2. Dust Seal Damage and Entry of Mud/Sand: Main shaft scoring, external oil pipe leakage from oil ports, and slowed machine operation.
3. Flange Bolt Loosening: Off-center wear of the oil distributor, leading to widespread failure of oil seals and oil leakage in a short period.
