• Inner layer: Heat resistance up to 180℃, oil-proof and impermeable, suitable for high-temperature compressed air from turbocharger outlet.
• Reinforcement layer: High-tensile fabric, resistant to pulsating pressure, bulging and bursting.
• Outer layer: Anti-aging, ozone-resistant and oil-proof against engine compartment contaminants to extend service life.

• High-pressure curved section: Integrally formed with original molds, perfectly matched with engine compartment radian for interference-free installation.
• Reinforced thickened ends with sealing grooves, fits turbocharger and intercooler ports. Equipped with dedicated stainless steel clamps for excellent airtight performance.
• Flexible corrugated section: Absorbs turbocharger vibration and thermal expansion & contraction, relieves joint stress and prevents cracking.

• Deliver high-temperature boosted air: Transports air over 150℃ compressed by turbocharger to the intercooler. The cooled air then flows into cylinders to improve air density and combustion efficiency.
• High-pressure sealing & leakage prevention: Stabilize the pressure of boosting system and avoid air leakage, so as to prevent sharp power drop, excessive fuel consumption and turbo pressure fault alarm.
• Vibration damping & thermal compensation: The flexible structure absorbs high-frequency vibration and thermal deformation of turbocharger, protects turbo shaft and intercooler joints, and reduces cracking risks caused by rigid connection.
• Thermal insulation: The heat-resistant inner layer isolates high temperature and prevents surrounding components in engine compartment from thermal aging.

6. Fault Impact & Replacement Recommendation

• Bulging / Cracking: Air leakage of boosting system leads to insufficient power, black smoke, higher fuel consumption and turbo pressure warning light on.
• Loose joints: Insufficient boosting pressure causes weak acceleration, poor climbing performance and turbo lag.
• Aging & hardening / Inner layer peeling: The hose is prone to fracture under vibration resulting in sudden engine stall. Foreign matters entering turbocharger will wear blades and even scrap the whole turbo with extremely high maintenance cost.
• Service Cycle: Inspect appearance and hardness every 2000 working hours. Replace immediately after 3000 working hours or once aging, bulging or cracks occur. It is suggested to replace it together with the air filter side intake hose to ensure the consistency of the whole intake system.
